- Researchers, public administration, uniformed services, representatives of sports associations, athletes, sports activists are exempt from the conference fee.
- When registering, please use your work email address. The organizer reserves the right to verify the professional affiliation of participants exempt from the conference fee.
- Payment is possible by credit card and fast payment. All prices include VAT 23%. The payer will receive a VAT invoice sent electronically to the e-mail address.
- The costs of accommodation/transportation are not covered by the Organizer. We encourage you to take advantage of the offer of nearby hotels, which have prepared preferential accommodation prices. Click here.
- Participants of the World Tourism Day celebrations are kindly requested to register directly through the dedicated tab.

Accreditation
Journalists applying for accreditation are required to complete a registration form. Registration is not tantamount to granting accreditation. An email confirming the accreditation will be sent after the application has been processed.
