For participant

  • We reserve the right to close the booking system early
  • Registration will not be possible at the venue.
  • Registration for the event will take place at the EKSIT Convention Center (next to the hotel), where you will pick up your conference packets, wristbands and badges.
    We encourage you to present the QR code you received in the mail at one of the congress reception desks. This will significantly speed up the issuance of your participant badge.

Congress reception will be open:

  • September 6, 2023 registration open at 8.00-18.00
  • September 27, 2023 registration open at 8.00-18.00
  • On September 28, 2023, registration is open from 8.00-12.00
  • Each participant of the congress will receive an identifier and a wristband, which should be worn until the end of the event.

LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION

  • The language of instruction will be Polish. Sessions will be translated simultaneously (PL/EN).

CONGRESS INFORMATION

All necessary information will be available at INFO points located in several places of the conference facility.

GASTRONOMY

The XYZ restaurant, located in the hotel, will be open to the public at the congress area. We encourage the guests of the Congress to take advantage of it
from the gastronomic offer on your own.
Lunches purchased by participants during registration are welcome
to XYY restaurant. At the entrance, you must show the QR code sent to you.
