She has been working as a Performance Coach since 2014. On a daily basis she takes care of esports players, athletes, poker players and streamers. She also deals with the performance of corporate and office employees.  In her work, she focuses strongly on increasing the performance of her charges. She achieves this by working on their motivation, emotions, lack of regularity or burnout. Ursula’s strongest point is working with dysfunctional teams. That’s why the world’s biggest esports organizations such as Fnatic, TSM, Roccat and Giants Gaming have used her help.
She currently serves as Head of Players Development at ENCE, and is the owner of Mindflex Coaching. She has also been teaching esports studies at universities for several years. Her daily work is guided by the motto “a player plays with his body and wins with his head.”
