Radosław Piesiewicz was born in 1981 in Warsaw. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, as well as postgraduate studies in project management, real estate brokerage, and real estate management. He also completed studies in Master of Business Administration.

He has been involved in sports since childhood, playing soccer and basketball. From 2016 to 2017, he was the Vice President of the Polish Volleyball Association, responsible for sales and marketing. On January 4, 2018, he was appointed by the Supervisory Board of the Polish Basketball League to the position of President of the PLK Board, and since November 2018, he has served as the President of the Polish Basketball Association.

Previously, he was associated with the investment industry and local government. He has extensive business experience in providing advisory services for publicly traded companies in their mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations. He is a social activist, involved in many charitable initiatives. Privately, he is a lover of travel and good music. He is married to Agnieszka and has three children.
