Michał Kielan is a native resident of Lubin. He has been professionally associated with Lubin for many years. He obtained managerial qualifications from the Warsaw School of Business, earning a Master of Business Administration degree. He is also a graduate of postgraduate studies in Healthcare Facility Management at the University of Economics in Wrocław. Additionally, he completed a course for candidates aspiring to become members of supervisory boards and management boards of commercial law companies, which allowed him to apply his acquired business management knowledge in his role as Vice President of the Management Board of the Polish Copper Employers’ Association.

He possesses substantial experience of over eleven years in the field of management, acquired as the coordinator of the Therapeutic and Vocational Rehabilitation Department at the Copper Health Center. In recent years, he has served as a Councilor of Lubińskie County and as a Plenipotentiary of the Lower Silesian Voivode.

As of October 1, 2021, he was appointed as the President of the Management Board of Zagłębie Lubin S.A.
