He is a two-time Olympian and a three-time medalist of the European Championships in sprint running. He has a PhD degree in physical culture, lecturer at the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow. He has extensive experience in managing public institutions. For over 3 years he headed the Department of Competitive Sport at the Ministry of Sport and Tourism, and recently he was the Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Sports Projects at the Polish Olympic Committee. Currently president of the European Games company.
