Graduate of the University of Information Technology and Management and the University of Law and Administration in Rzeszow. A long-time local government official and social activist of the TSO and HDK movement of Gorlice land. He gained professional experience in banking and as a manager in Work Service, and currently in one of the largest and most famous spas in Poland, which at the same time produces natural mineral water Kryniczanka.
