Małgorzata Marcińska

President of the Management Board of Arena Kraków S.A.

An experienced manager, an expert in European funds management and projects, and a local government official. A graduate of Jagiellonian University and the University of Economics in Krakow.
Since July 2015, she has held the position of President of the Management Board of Arena Kraków S.A. in Krakow – a company that manages TAURON Arena Kraków, the largest and most modern event and sports hall in Poland.
In 2013, she assumed the position of Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, where she was responsible for coordinating tasks related to the implementation of the European Social Fund, the implementation of government programs for women and men, as well as long-term employment and human resources development programs involving the use of European Union funds. She was also responsible for the preparation and implementation of the government’s Large Family Card program.
Previously, Małgorzata Marcińska served as Vice President of the Management Board of Krakowski Holding Komunalny S.A. – responsible for the implementation of municipal waste management programs, including the implementation of the Waste Thermal Conversion Plant project in Krakow.
She has extensive managerial and local government experience, which she gained, among other roles, as the Director of the Mayor’s Office of the City of Krakow and the Head of the Press Office of the Małopolskie Voivodeship Office. She is a specialist in international cooperation and diplomatic protocol.
