Creator of Giewont Restaurant, which won a Michelin distinction in 2023.
Born in Krakow, but spent most of his professional life in France, honing his skills in working with an informed and demanding customer (guest) in restaurants and hotels; from back office to management positions.
Because of his interest in the arts, he also worked at a classical ballet school and at a fashion agency as a photographer.
In Poland, he graduated from the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at the Jagiellonian University.
