Ernesto Hoost – an award-winning Dutch kick-boxer, four-time K-1 World Grand Prix champion.

He began practicing combat sports at the age of 15. He won his first title in October 1987, becoming Dutch Thai boxing champion. Soon after, in 1988, he turned professional. In the following years, he won world titles in Thai boxing, savate and kick-boxing.

He is a kick-boxing coach and a combat sports commentator. In Amsterdam, he runs his own gym, “Team Mr. Perfect.” Among his protégés were Pawel Slowinski, Pat Barry, Tyrone Spong, Fyodor Yemelyanenko and Joanna Jedrzejczyk.
