Dr. Dariusz Lapinski, graduate of Potsdam University, long-time researcher at the European University Viadrina, doctor of philosophy. Between 2009 and 2012, he was an employee of PL.2012 responsible for social fan projects during UEFA EURO 2012. Since 2013, he has been the National Coordinator for Fan Cooperation at the Polish Football Association.
