Albanian Swimming Champion, Deputy Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sports

She graduated in health and sports activity from the University of Rome “Foro Italico”, physical activity and sports from the University of Pristina and sports management from Seoul National University.

Daulina Osmani developed her career as an active sportswoman – a member of the Kosovo swimming team. Swimming champion of Albanian lands from 2003 to 2010, representative of Kosovo, current holder of 23 Kosovo records in many swimming sports.
In recent years, as a swimming coach, she has contributed to improving the skills of athletes through programs to identify and develop young swimming talents. Initiated various activities related to the management of sports organizations in the country. Founder of the “Nemo” swimming club.

Daulina Osmani has been active over the years in several local federations as a representative of students, athletes and coaches. She was a member of the working committees for the selection of the best athletes of the year.

Since April 2021, she has served as Deputy Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports in Prime Minister Albin Kurti’s second cabinet.
