Expert and manager of security at the most important events of the last decade: UEFA EURO 2012, U-21 Football Championships, U-20 World Cup, Volleyball World Cup 2014, Handball World Cup 2016. Project coordinator in the area of security of World Youth Day, NATO Summit 2016 and Climate Summits COP – 19 and COP – 24. Co-author of the Law on Security of Mass Events. For the past 8. years, he has been a member of the committee on security at football facilities and a match delegate of the Polish Football Association. Graduate of the Police College in Szczytno and the National Defense Academy. Managed human and task forces as head of the Police Command Center. Prepared and participated in international and national projects in the field of law enforcement competence enhancement. For two years in the project of the 3rd European Games Krakow Małopolska 2023, responsible for the security division.
