Artur Warzocha

Vice President of the Management Board for Corporate Affairs, TAURON Polska Energia S.A.

A graduate of the Higher Pedagogical School in Częstochowa and postgraduate studies in European financial-economic and legal relations at the Warsaw School of Economics.

From September 2020 to January 2022, he served as the President of the Management Board of TAURON Nowe Technologie S.A. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Issuer), where he supervised strategic projects related to cogeneration, renewable energy sources, and electromobility. From November 2019 to September 2020, he served as the Deputy President of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund. From 2015 to 2019, he was a senator of the Republic of Poland in the ninth term. From 2008 to 2015, he was associated with the Supreme Chamber of Control, where he held the position of Chief Specialist in state control. From 2010 to 2014, he held the position of councilor in the Silesian Regional Assembly in the fourth term. From 2008 to 2016, he was an assistant at the Institute of Political Sciences and National Security at the Jan Długosz Academy in Częstochowa. From 2006 to 2007, he was the Deputy Voivode of Silesia.

Furthermore, he has served, among other roles, as the Deputy Director of the Agricultural Advisory Center in Częstochowa, political assistant to the Chief of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, city councilor in Częstochowa, spokesperson for the Silesian Voivode, and was a journalist.
