Partner, President of the Management Board of Linke Kulicki Attorneys at Law, legal counsel specializing in the broadly understood law for business with a particular passion for corporate governance matters. In 2012-2021 he was associated with the Aviva Group, where he was responsible, among other things, for the legal and corporate services of the Aviva Group, and also sat on the board of Aviva PTE. As part of his work at Aviva, he was also seconded to the M&A legal team at the company’s headquarters in London.

Prior to that, he also worked in the legal department of the Nationale-Nederlanden group, among other things. He is a member of the expert team on increasing the effectiveness of supervisory boards within the Commission for Corporate Governance Reform at the Ministry of State Assets. Co-author of the provisions of the Companies Act streamlining remote meetings of capital company bodies, which came into effect with the so-called first “shield” during the COVID-19 pandemic. Within the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw, he sits on the Commission for the Exercise of the Profession.
